Warranty Tracker is developed and operated by Kodrilla. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Warranty Tracker mobile application.
Warranty Tracker is designed to help users manage warranty records, subscription records, documents, receipts, reminders, and related information.
For this version of the app, your warranty records, subscription records, uploaded documents, receipts, invoices, PDFs, profile picture, and related app data are stored locally on your own device. Kodrilla does not store these records or documents on its own servers.
By using Warranty Tracker, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Local Device Storage
Warranty Tracker stores your app data on your device using local storage.
This means:
- Your warranty and subscription data stays on your device.
- Your uploaded documents and attachments stay on your device.
- Your profile picture stays on your device.
- Kodrilla does not host these files on its servers.
- If you uninstall the app, clear app data, reset your device, or lose your device, your locally stored data may be lost.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important receipts, invoices, warranty cards, subscription details, and documents.
3. Account Information and Authentication
Warranty Tracker may allow users to sign in or create an account using available authentication methods.
Depending on the login method used, limited account-related information such as your email address, display name, or authentication identifier may be processed by the authentication provider.
Authentication is used only to allow access to app features and user sessions.
Kodrilla does not use your account information to sell personal data.
4. OCR Processing
Warranty Tracker may include OCR features to help extract text from images, receipts, invoices, or warranty documents.
OCR is used to help you enter warranty or subscription details more easily.
Extracted text may include product names, dates, invoice details, warranty information, or other text depending on the document you choose to scan.
OCR results are used inside the app for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting extracted information before saving it.
5. Notifications and Reminders

Reminder information is used to provide alerts on your device.
Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system, battery settings, permissions, and notification preferences.
6. Device and App Information
Warranty Tracker may collect limited technical information needed to maintain app performance and reliability, such as:
